2. Do I need to get my car safety certified before selling? No, not if you're selling to us. We handle the safety certification process. If you're selling privately, Ontario law requires the buyer to receive a Safety Standards Certificate (SSC) to register the vehicle.

3. Can I sell my car if I still have a loan on it? Yes. If there's a loan on the vehicle, we’ll request a payout statement from your lender. Once we pay the loan balance, any remaining equity is paid to you. We manage all the lien discharge paperwork.

4. What if my car doesn’t run? We still buy it. Whether it's a dead battery, engine failure, or collision damage, we’ll evaluate and offer accordingly. Free towing may be included depending on your location.

5. How much is my used car worth? Offers are based on the vehicle's:

  • Year, make, and model

  • Kilometres driven

  • Condition (interior, mechanical, exterior)

  • Service history

  • Market demand We use real-time local market data and auction prices to give you a fair, competitive offer.

6. How fast do I get paid? Payment is issued the same day we receive all required documents. We pay by secure e-transfer or certified cheque, your choice.

7. Do I need to transfer ownership myself? No. We handle ownership transfers using ServiceOntario forms. You’ll just need to sign the back of your registration permit (ownership paper).

8. Can I sell a car on behalf of a family member? Yes, but you’ll need a signed letter of authorization and copies of both your and the owner's ID. For estate or inherited vehicles, we can guide you through required probate or executor documents.

9. What about cars with cosmetic damage or high mileage? We still buy them. Dents, scratches, rust, or high kilometres aren’t deal breakers, we assess every car fairly and transparently.

11. What types of used cars do you sell? Our inventory includes sedans, SUVs, crossovers, trucks, minivans, and hatchbacks from top brands like Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Ford, Chevrolet, Nissan, Mazda, Kia, and more. We focus on vehicles under 10 years old, under 160,000 km, and fully certified.

12. Are your cars inspected and certified? Yes. Every vehicle goes through a multi-point inspection and is certified to Ontario Safety Standards. We don’t sell as-is cars.

13. Do you sell cars with warranties? Most vehicles include a warranty. We also offer extended warranty packages that cover powertrain, electronics, and more, up to 3 years. Ask us for options when you purchase.

14. Can I see service records or a Carfax report? Absolutely. We provide free Carfax reports for every vehicle and disclose prior accidents, liens, and service history where available.

15. Can I trade in my current vehicle? Yes. We’ll appraise your car and apply its value to your purchase. Even if you still owe money, we can help roll over the remaining loan into your new financing.

16. What if I want to return a car? While we don’t have a “7-day return” like some big players, we do offer exchanges in rare cases of mechanical failure under warranty or misrepresentation. Our goal is to ensure you're happy, so call us if there’s an issue.

17. Can I get a pre-purchase inspection? Our cars are fully inspected already, but you're welcome to arrange an independent inspection before purchase.

18. Can I buy a car without visiting your office? Yes. We offer remote sales including virtual walkarounds, digital contracts, and home delivery (within reasonable distance). Financing and ID verification can all be done securely online.

3. Puis-je vendre ma voiture si j'ai encore un prêt dessus? Oui. Si un privilège est enregistré sur le véhicule, nous demanderons un état de paiement à votre prêteur. Une fois le solde du prêt payé, tout montant restant vous est versé. Nous nous occupons de toute la paperasse.
